This is the blog site dedicated entirely to our dog Dettfrey. Dettfrey is a brindle Great Dane. We first took him home in November of 2007, when he was just 3 1/2 months old. We hope you enjoy watching Dettfrey grow as much as we do!

thanks abbey :) My husband and i decided we would get a puppy when we were "debt free". When we got him i made a joke that that's what we should name him. My husband liked it, so that's how he ended up with "dettfrey".
I think it is truly original, I love it..
